1.Production Delivery Time: 48 hours after the event.
2.Royalty Free Supporting Music/Photos/Images/Videos will be used.
3.HD/Edited Video Output will be delivered.
4.All Output will be in soft/digital version delivered only through online.
5.Backup will be maintained for 1 week only.
6.Raw footage shall not be given to the client.
7.Draft Video Editing Version will be shown for approval, recommendation on draft version shall be final.
8.Payment 100% Advance before the event or starting the project.
9.Postpone of Event: By any season Extension Period will be allowed within 30 Days from the date of event.
10. Event postpone and cancellation shall be considered only 7 days before the event date.
11. On Cancellation 50% payment shall be return back after deducting VAT on as per actuals.
12. WeTel might engage in-house and third-party crew and equipment.
13. There shall be no legal and financial and insurance liabilities on WeTel for any event/client/project related activities.
14. WeTel shall be allowed to use photos and videos (edited or raw content created by WeTel) of the event for any promotional and commercial purpose. The promotional content copyright shall remain with WeTel.
15. Whereas, to retain 100% content copyright ownership on the delivered content, client shall pay 30% extra on the billing.
16. To acquire all the raw footage of the coverage, client shall pay 30% extra on the billing.
Note: Full event coverage is not included in packages, other then if written as “Full Documentation”. Full event coverage is considered as Full-Documentation and is subject to the separate terms and conditions, for example Service 01/B. Where, all packages are only for making highlights of the event, to be covered for news, promotional and branding purposes and not for full-event telecast/coverage/live. Therefore, content shooting and selection, editing/style of production is completely depend on the editorial decisions and creative selection by WeTel.
Note: Submission of Online Form is Mandatory for Booking Confirmation.
The Client Shall receive an online confirmation in return.
